| Who We Are: I (former Pro Rider, Justin Rhodes) opened MountainboardShop.com in Nov 1999 with a goal of promoting this great sport. I dedicated my life to mountainboarding, but things have changed. In the summer 2005 I discovered God through Jesus Christ. I began to look around and appreciate nature and I came to understand that we we're alone in this world. I learned that all this madness and sadness had a solution. God sent us true life through discipleship of his son Jesus who lived on this earth 2,000 yrs ago. I'm still riding and we're still selling. One thing you can be assured of is that I'm trying to use the $ to glofy God by helping people. I see this business as a great way to raise money to help a hurting world. MountainboardShop.com supports several non profit organizations like Orphanage Emmannuel and Childrens Hope. On top of that we just founded our own ministry, Holler Ministries. As of June 2006 we set out to treat our customers as we would want to be treated, not forgetting the second greatest command, "love others as you love yourself". However we're not perfect. If they are not email us immediately with the correct information. We will then look over the order and process your credit card. Orders ship out next business day. Sometimes depending when the order is received we will be able to ship same day. Please allow at least 7 business days for ground shipments. If you need a product in a specified amount of time then it is best to order 3 day select, 2 day express or next day air. We use UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Mountainboardshop.com is not responsible for mistakes made by these shippers, missed deliveries or wrong addresses. ***We do ship internationally!!!*** For international orders, please email us with the international shipping address and the product(s) you would like to order. We will provide you with a shipping quote after we receive your information. Please understand that there are import taxes and usually delays in shipping. The taxes you will pay when you receive the package can be quite costly. The delays in shipping are due to reasons out of our control. We are not responsible for packages and products after they have been shipped. All merchandise will need to be in new condition and you'll need a good reason. Credits will be given minus shipping after product has been received.
